You are getting a comfortable bus ride to the area where the public buses will ferry you up to the Eagle’s Nest with some historical information provided along the way by the tour guide. If you so so you will miss spending sufficient time at the Documentation Center and the ability to hike to the area of Hitler’s Berghof and see the remaining ruins of where the decisions impacting WE II were actually made. The Berghof is much more historically significant in WW II history…”

The value for money is unbeatable, as you stop for more than 2 hours at both Bastei and the Königstein Fortress, which was a good amount of time imo. It was a long day with lots of walking involved but I enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend.”

Too much emphasis by the tour guide Achim on Nazi history and his personal history trying to convince everyone he was not a Nazi. Less than an hour in old town Nuremburg which did not allow for enough time to explore, eat and shop. Tour guide Achim would not wait on participants and kept a very fast pace making it hard for everyone to keep up. He left 2 participants behind at the rail station. We have taken a lot of tours in the past this one is by far…”
